The Creator Revolution

When author Catherine Yeo started publishing content online nearly a decade ago, she was stunned when she learned she could build an audience of hundreds of thousands and make money from the venture. The Dynamics

RAISING LEADERS WITH STEM EDUCATION.

The Dynamics is an international non-profit organization bridging the income and gender gap in STEM.

Today, around 30% of the world's researchers are women, less than a third of female students choose to study in STEM fields. Worse, low-income students are nowhere to be found in STEM.

This Gender and income disparity is alarming, despite STEM careers often referred as the future of a sustainable Earth. Unfortunately, more young people are being idle according to statistics from OECD, ILO and the World Bank. About 200 million people - of whom 75 million are under 25 years old - are unemployed. At least 600 million jobs are needed over the next 15 years to keep current employment rates. If left unattended, idle and jobless young people will represent a lost generation of valuable human resources. That's why we are here to make a CHANGE.

The Female Lead

WE RISE BY LIFTING OTHERS.

Edwina Dunn OBE is a data science entrepreneur who has always been fascinated by people's stories and motivations. As the co-founder of worldwide loyalty programmes like Tesco's Clubcard, Edwina knows first-hand what it feels like to work in a male-dominated industry and what it takes to navigate the many obstacles women have faced. Edwina started The Female Lead as a campaign that celebrates women's stories, and showcases the lesser-known successes of women, in order to support and encourage the next generation.

Edwina created The Female Lead to work across a variety of platforms; through short films, a book of 60 remarkable women donated free to 18,000 UK and US schools, social media content reaching over two million followers worldwide and an educational programme in over 700 schools.

The Female Lead

This beautiful book profiles women from all walks of life: from politicians to artists, journalists to teachers, and engineers to campaigners. But this is not a book about celebrities, though many of the subjects are well-known. These are women who have led their field, who have broken the mold to achieve, or who have inspired changes through relentless endeavor. ···

The Generation

ENCOURAGING EDUCATIONAL EQUALITY.

The Generation is a digital student to student mentorship program connecting underserved students to dedicated mentors, world-class resources, and fully immersive, personalized courses for the careers of the future.

Every student learns differently, so why should their resources be the same? The Generation has over 13 partners that offer unique online learning resources; from digestible articles to interactive simulations, whatever the student wants. Upon selecting a course, students set learning preferences that tailor the course to them. Students also have the option to work with a mentor that they hire. Getting to know someone from a piece of paper is impossible so, each mentor has a mentor profile with portfolios, experience, and a 60-second introduction video.

The Inclusion Initiative

WE ARE THE INCLUSION INITIATIVE

The Inclusion Initiative is closing the professional opportunity gap for Adoptees of Color and Foster Care Alumni.

Our mission is to close the professional opportunity gap transracial adoptee and former foster youth communities often face due to a lack of an established network.

The Inclusion Initiative was born from our Founder's lived experience in struggling to achieve the professional and career opportunities that her peers were achieving who do not share her identities and lived experiences.
