WeAreTechWomen was founded in 2015 to help women working in technology to maximise their potential. Over the past four years, WeAreTechWomen has helped thousands of women in tech enhance their careers through our events, conferences and awards.
WECode
THE LARGEST STUDENT-RUN WOMEN IN TECH CONFERENCE IN THE WORLD.
The Harvard WECode (Women Engineers Code) Conference is organized by undergraduate women at Harvard University and is an initiative of Harvard Women in CS (harvardwics.com). WECode runs the largest student-run women in tech conference in the world. Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of technical leaders, foster a network and community among collegiate engineers, and promote more female representation in the technical industry.

WeXL is a 501(c)3 nonprofit empowering youth, families, and non-normative voices through programs and technology that advance the arts, media, and entertainment industries.
Our team gathers at our WeXL Media Lab in The Presidio to collaborate and create from our hearts and minds. Our neighbors include media technology companies like Lucasfilm and Industrial Light & Magic.

WiTech (Women in Technology)
CELEBRATING WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY.
WiTech (Women in Tech) is a nonprofit SEC-registered organization that was founded by Audrey Pe in 2016 when she was a sophomore in high school. Interested in coding, Audrey sought out to learn to code online and discovered the huge gender gap in the field of tech. From there, Audrey interviewed women in tech from AOL to Stanford and began posting feature articles about them to promote their stories and celebrate their journeys in the male-dominated field.
WOC Podcasters
CONNECTING WOMEN OF COLOR PODCASTERS.
WOC (Women of Color) Podcasters is an inclusive community for women of color podcasters and audio creators to connect, learn, and share resources. In two years, WOC Podcasters has grown to include a worldwide community, blog, and membership site.
With over 4,000+ members from 75+ countries around the world, this is the first community of its kind dedicated to the growth and representation of women of color in the podcasting industry.
Not only do we want to promote more diverse voices in podcasting but we also want to inspire more women to feel like "Yes, I can do this!"
From esteemed women of color podcasters to aspiring podcasters looking to get started, we created this community so women of color can find the resources to prosper along their creative journeys.
Woman of Wonder Scholarships
WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU.
Woman of Wonder awards college scholarships to women who are accepted to an accredited college as a full or part-time student, who demonstrate need through a current year Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®), and demonstrate desire by sharing their goals through a 250-350 word, personal essay.
Preference is given to single moms, women raised by a single parent, or women on their own with little or no support.
Your donation makes a difference. It helps women pay for college courses to find secure footing on a career path which opens opportunities to jobs they love and enhances their ability to support their families.
