I am the founder of Chloe Taylor Technology, a STEM Education consulting company based in New York City. Our company provides educational services for schools, organizations, and brands focused on 21st century learning. Originally from Pittsburgh, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where I developed an interest in innovative teaching practices and creative technology. I am passionate about creating purposeful learning experiences for students of all ages. My work is my life, and my company is focused on making measurable, meaningful learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Looking around our computer science class rooms every year we noticed we were the only Latinas. We decided to change that, so we created Code Equal. Code Equal is a nonprofit that provides free CS courses, mentors, workshops, hackathons, and the tools self-identifying girls and underrepresented minorities need to enter CS fields with the confidence and knowledge to succeed.

Code First Girls has become the largest provider of free coding courses for women in the UK, having delivered over £60 million worth of free technology education and teaching three times as many women to code as the entire UK university undergraduate system!

Our mission is to reduce the gender diversity gap in tech globally by giving more women the opportunity to learn new skills and pursue great careers in tech.

Code Her World is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by students for students. Our mission is to encourage young girls to pursue a career in computer science. We hope to inspire our students so that one day, they can break the gender gap in STEM and change the world through technology!
