The IF/THEN® Collection is the largest free resource of its kind dedicated to increasing access to authentic and relatable images of real women in STEM.

Here in this digital library, you will find thousands of photos, videos and other assets that authentically represent women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The content features careers as diverse as shark tagging, fashion design, and training Olympic athletes, and nudges public perceptions in a more realistic direction that illuminates the importance of STEM everywhere.

The Collection is part of the IF/THEN® Initiative, a national effort sponsored by Lyda Hill Philanthropies® to inspire young girls to pursue STEM careers while creating a culture shift in how the world perceives women in STEM. The Collection features 125 female STEM innovators selected by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and Lyda Hill Philanthropies® to be AAAS IF/THEN® Ambassadors, all serving as high-profile role models for girls.

Our innovative learning spaces enhance 21st century learning and engage children in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM). Our programs are designed to support the diverse learning needs of children ages 3-14. We inspire each child to discover their learning strengths, guiding the way to academic achievement and life-long learning.

IGNITE Worldwide is the answer to achieving gender equity in STEM. We work directly with teachers during the school day to provide programming that promotes STEM education and career advancement for girls and nonbinary youth from historically marginalized communities. Through hands-on events that connect students with role models who live and work in their communities, students recognize new possibilities for their futures.

Including Us in Tech is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology industry. We spotlight the talents and accomplishments of people of color in tech, showcasing their success stories and contributions to inspire others. Our organization creates pathways for career entry and growth through targeted programs like coding bootcamps, internship placements, and job fairs. We provide valuable mentorship and sponsorship opportunities, connecting experienced professionals with aspiring talents from underrepresented backgrounds. Additionally, Including Us in Tech advocates for systemic change in the industry, working to address barriers and create a more equitable tech ecosystem for all.

Established in 2015, Infinite Flow is an award-winning Los Angeles-based nonprofit and professional dance company that employs dancers with and without disabilities with a mission to use dance as a catalyst to dismantle biases and promote inclusion.

Since 2015, Infinite Flow has performed over 140 times, from school assemblies to corporate events at Apple, Facebook, Red Bull, Porsche Kaiser Permanente, Farmer's Insurance, among others. Our dance videos have been viewed by over 75 Million people on Facebook alone, and we have been featured on NBC Today, ABC Good Morning America, among other national and international media outlets. Infinite Flow was founded by Marisa Hamamoto, a professional dancer and stroke survivor living with PTSD, an invisible disability. Marisa was recently named 1 of 13 People Magazine Women Changing the World 2021.
