PitchTeen
A TECH STARTUP COMPETITION FOR WOMXN.
Previously in March, we organized PitchTeen when we realized so many students don't have the access to the resources even if they have the "perfect" business idea. PitchTeen was India's first tech startup competition for HS students and received more than 250 registrations from 9 countries.
This time, we are back and ready to break the gender stereotypes in business and tech industries. We aim to not only create a safe space for womxn but also increase the visibility and celebrate them in business and tech. We'll have a lot of fun workshops, events and networking sessions so what are you waiting for? Hop in!
PixelHacks
THE BAY AREA'S FIRST ALL-FEMALE HIGH SCHOOL HACKATHON IS BACK!
PixelHacks was founded as the Bay Area's first student-run, all-female high school hackathon. It was a 24-hour, overnight hackathon as attendees work to build a software project that addresses a real-world problem. Our mission is to encourage women to pursue computing and technology and promote diversity in this ever-growing field. We've grown from 70 attendees at PixelHacks I in 2017 to over 170 attendees in PixelHacks III in 2019.
Power By Girls
A CHICAGO BASED FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONFERENCE.
Power By Girls is a Chicago based conference focused on providing young girls with the chance to create their own brand and express themselves through entrepreneurship. Our goal with creating this conference is to inspire the next generation of female entrepreneurs and close the gap between male and female leaders in entrepreneurship. The lack of women in entrepreneurship is an issue that Power By Girls is adamant about defying through presenting young girls with female role models in an array of fields. We want each girl to leave with a business idea that teaches them teamwork and know that they can and will reach their full potential.
PowerToFly
CONNECTING DIVERSE TALENT TO BIG CAREER MOVES
PowerToFly was founded by Milena Berry and Katharine Zaleski to fast-track economic equity by upskilling and connecting underrepresented talent to roles in highly visible sectors.
We achieve our mission daily through connecting diverse talent to free live virtual events with decision makers from companies, whether they're looking to change their career or they’re happy in their current role. We also feature upskilling content and host summits with industry leaders creating diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces.
We are women-led, intersectional and focus on empowering underrepresented talent across all races, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, veteran statuses and gender identities. We welcome allies.

The network has now expanded virtually across US, India, Canada, Singapore, Amsterdam, UK and more… and is now a diverse community where women can connect, innovate, exchange ideas and make some deep friendships along the way.
Project AWR
Project AWR (Asian Women Representation) is dedicated to creating a safe space on Discord for Asian women, non-binary & marginalized game developers, and people gravitating around the gaming industry, and also to promote them and give them a platform to amplify their voice.
We have created a Discord server where we share our personal stories, highlight achievements, talk about representation, and share articles, podcasts, and videos related to the topic. The server is accessible to everyone—allies included—on request, and there is a dedicated locked Safe Space and separated channels per requested Asian language.
Project Scientist
Project Scientist began in 2011 with a dream to increase diversity in STEM by inspiring girls. We have grown from serving 5 girls in our founder's guesthouse to serving more than 2,000 girls on university campuses across the nation each year.
We created Project Scientist to change the world's view of "who" a scientist is and "what" a scientist does. We aim to transform the face of STEM by nurturing today's future scientists who will lead the world in solving tomorrow's greatest challenges! Every second of a girl's time with us is intentional and based off of the latest research of what drives and sustains girls' interest in STEM. We are determined to reach STEM girls and hold their hand through their PhD or as far as their STEM dreams take them because we believe that the future of STEM is female.
Project Snapshot
WE EMPOWER, INSPIRE AND CONNECT STUDENT LEADERS TO THEIR FUTURE CAREERS.
Project Snapshot is an educational fellowship that gives Gen-Z the opportunity to shape the post-COVID-19 world from their perspective.
The remote experience answers a major need felt throughout the global student community, virtually connecting high school students to mentors in the university through their predefined areas of interest and provides a framework for college students to develop their skills in academia.
Conducted over the course of eight weeks, the program is filled with knowledge and projects that students will be able to take to university or to their professional careers depending on the stage of life they're in.
Project Teens Teach
Project Teens Teach is led by a group of dedicated high school students who are passionate about education and helping children during these difficult times. Our entire team has experience in mentoring as well as extensive knowledge of the activities they will be leading. In addition to their academic accomplishments, our team has gone through an extensive application process and the proper training needed to succeed in mentoring.
Project Voice & Project Voice Fund
PROJECT VOICE began as a podcast, spearheaded by the voices of womxn and non-binary folx of the Asian diaspora. We hope that this series will act as a digital space where members of our community can go to for guidance and resources.
Over the years, we’ve grown into a giving platform for marginalized communities and aspiring podcasters with our scholarship program and folx-of-color-led giving circle.
Project Voice Fund
We fund early-stage AAPI-led and serving narrative change makers. Our current grantee cohort consists of newsrooms and publishing houses.
The projects we support tend to have an intersectional focus in the stories they share. The voices that these projects are uplifting tend to be those from historically marginalized communities.
