As I grew in my career with much more added responsibilities and in core tech ecosystem I started to observe a trend and unconscious bias and perspective that women tend to me more structured and are excellent program mangers. which undoubtedly we are but it should not overshadow our subject matter expertise in any area that we bring to the table. Hence I still to the day make intentional effort to give and take opportunities to shine as SME in my field. Because as women in leadership role we have critical role to play to identify, elevate and empower a new generation of women leaders who can take the stage for what they like to be shined for.”
