"I've always been passionate about data and product development, especially when it aligns with a mission that serves the planet, people, and pets. It’s this intersection of purpose and innovation that drives me to say 'yes' to the most interesting and challenging roles. By embracing purpose-driven development, we can shape a better future together. Whether you're on a journey to build meaningful products or looking to take on new challenges, remember that the intersection of purpose and innovation is where we can make the most difference."

"Your journey is uniquely yours -- your choices, your passions, your strengths, your fears. But remember you are NOT alone. Nurture friendships, cultivate allies and ask for help from all of them. Then when you're ready, pay it forward by paying it back. Be the friend and ally for those coming up behind you."

"As a women-owned, minority-led small business in a male-dominated industry—whether on the buying or distribution side—we're bringing a fresh perspective to the food and pantry space. Many household decision-makers are women, and as moms, we’re creating milk tea and boba toppings that are not only family-approved but also something they can finally feel good about. We're here to change the narrative and show that more women entrepreneurs belong in this space."

"I believe in the power of encouragement and uplifting one another. When we support each other’s journeys and celebrate our successes, we create a community filled with strength and resilience. Together, we can break down barriers and challenge limitations. I want every woman to feel valued and capable of embracing her unique potential. I want to help other women to stop trying to be perfect and live with purpose, connection, and joy."

"In a world that's constantly changing, not taking a risk is the riskiest move of all. As a company, we thrive on innovation, and that means embracing calculated risks to bring fresh ideas to life. Personally, I'm driven by the same principle. I believe that stepping outside my comfort zone and taking chances is essential for both personal and professional development."

"I hope young people realize that they have everything it takes within them to achieve their dreams. The luckiest people are those who seek and create their own opportunities. Regardless of how many obstacles life throws at you, it takes a strong, resilient, and kind spirit to pick yourself back up and try again. Stay grounded, true to who you are, and never forget those who supported you and believed in you when no one else did--those people are life's greatest gifts."

"Failing is part of the process. In real life there's no true objective measure of success, just generic, self-defined milestones. I don't know where we got this black and white thinking from that unless you're perfect the first time, you're not the real deal. You literally *have* to fail in order to get anywhere meaningful. If I spend 3 months training for a 5k, was I failing for those 3 months? No, I was just training. It would be ridiculous to call a crawling baby a failure while it's still learning to walk. You're still making progress and learning the entire time, so just accept it as part of the process. Anyone who says anything otherwise is small-minded."

"Everyday we have the choice to be kind to ourselves and to other people. Where ever you find your voice in the world, I hope you make it strong, but at the same time you make it kind - you have the voice with an intention to listen and be the change you wish to see in the world."
